Select Voucher

To book an appointment using Skoup, you need a Voucher.  You can buy them from deal promoters like Groupon, LivingSocial and TimeOut or you can sometimes buy them from Skoup.

If you have a Voucher and you’re ready to make a booking, find the Voucher in the list and select “Book Appointment”.  You will be shown availability for that Voucher.

If you are changing a booking that you have made previously, just make a new booking with the same email address and Voucher Code.  You will be asked to confirm that you would like to cancel your old booking and go with the new one.

If you are not sure that you’ve found the right Voucher or you’d like to review the details of the Voucher, click on “View Deal” and you’ll be able to see the original offer.

If you are not able to come along to an appointment but you’re not sure when you want to rebook, click “Cancel Appointment” and enter your email address and Voucher Code. You’ll be able to come back and book another time before the expiration of the Voucher.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel or change a booking after the cancellation period has expired.  The cancellation period is set by the merchant and cannot be over ridden by Skoup.
